Sightseeing: EDM Garage

After our Endurance run ended I decided to explore the Silverstone area out a bit and watch some racing (more on that later). Pretty much hidden away in between all the warehouses and companies was EDM Precision Technologies, I think. That’s what the sign said. Anyway, they specialise in custom performance parts for racing.

The first garage was all Porsche.

The best machine out of the lot was definitely this, a 930 911. The RUF BTR front bumper looks perfect.

Functional stance at it’s best achieved with these…

… wheels, I’m almost certain they’re CCW. A nice change from the normal BBS.

Stunning. R888.

More blue in the form of a 993.

Normal but nice.

The most serious car there, a 996 GT3 RSR.

Next door was an all red scene, with Ferraris, Maserati and Lancia. Looked like a stereotypical Italian garage.

Even though I’m half Italian I have a terrible Ferrari Knowledge, I had to Google this one. Ah ye 308 GTB.

There was a nice little Pulsar GTi-R nearby, almost non existent in Italy.

All pretty sweet.
